Corn Flakes are a breakfast cereal made from sweet corn treated with malted barley, cooked and extruded in extruder barrel, flaked in flaking machine, dried in hot air driers, and then toasted in ovens. Corn flakes can be used in a variety of recipes calling for dry, ready-to-eat cereal.Top corn flakes with low-fat milk and fruit for a quick and easy breakfast, or sprinkle over yogurt.

After the corn pellets are extruded from the double screw extruding machine, it would be conveyed into the flaking machine to make flakes, and then baked in the oven equipment and sugar coated in the sugar coating machine etc.
